Education/Professional:
Brenda Vincent joined the firm in 2005 with a group of P&C specialisst to start the Property & Casualty Practice for Bearence in Des Moines. Her tenure with this group of specialists stretches back 20 years with Marsh and Kirke-Van Orsdel. Prior to joining Bearence, she has been in marketing, service, sales, designed new products and services, had regional training responsibilities, and led various regional offices as the path of the adjoined firm grew.

Brenda helps develop future business leaders by teaching Junior Achievement (JA) classes in Des Moines-area schools and wrote the curriculum for a service unit in JA’s Biz Town program. She is involved with various church, school, and community activities with fund raising and committee positions.
