Dennis previously was a managing director with the world’s largest insurance broker, where he headed the national sales and marketing group overseeing professional development, sales and marketing communications, and business planning. He also managed the worksite marketing division and enrollment practices group. In addition, he has served on multiple insurance industry advisory boards, written for industry publications, and been a speaker around the country at various insurance gatherings.

Dennis currently is Senior Vice President and partner in Bearence Management Group. He is responsible for the worksite marketing and voluntary products division, and has a strategic focus in employee communication processes, enrollment platform technology, as well as extensive knowledge of insurers' individual and group voluntary products and services.
