Congratulations to our Minneapolis Bearence colleagues Steve Tousley, Lisa Ottmar and Donald Goon for being recognized by their clients as Five-Star Health Insurance Professionals by Twin Cities Business Monthly.
The Minneapolis-St. Paul publication recently contracted an independent market research company to administer a rigorous research process to determine who qualifies as a Five-Star Health Insurance Professional.
Twin Cities Business Monthly contacted over 10,000 Twin Cities-based small business decision makers, asking them to evaluate their health insurance broker on the following; customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, employee communication, variety of options offering, quality recommendations, post sale services and overall satisfaction.

Bearence Management Group was recently ranked the 12th largest insurance broker in the Twin Cities by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. The rankings, based on written premium volume, list the top 25 insurance brokers in the Twin Cities. Bearence was ranked 16th in the previous year’s rankings.
