Rosenbloom & Rosenbloom (R&R) is the platform agency of Bearence
Management Group in the Twin Cities. Formed in 1994 by Amos and Phil Rosenbloom, R&R merged with Bearence in 2008.

R&R initially gained a solid reputation for full service, quality insurance
products and reliable advice. They believed in protecting customer
interests and assets by tailoring insurance programs to each company’s characteristics and risks. Strategic practice management also resulted in
agency growth to 30 team members. By 2008, when R&R joined Bearence,
the agency’s book of business included more than $40 million in written premiums and its average client retention rate was 98 percent.

Their primary product focus was property and casualty insurance for businesses, homeowner’s, automobile, health, life and disability coverage. R&R earned Preferred Agency Status with major carriers, which kept rates competitive for its customers. Their legacy of an exceptional staff and presence in the Twin Cities continues today at Bearence. Phil, Amos and their experienced team go beyond expectations to pursue claims, construct policies that meet business needs and regularly analyze risk exposure for business owners and individuals.
